Sales Development Representative DACH (F/M/D)

NavVis is actively seeking dynamic and driven Sales Development Representatives who are keen to help shape the future of pre-sales support. As a member of our SDR team you will be responsible to engage and qualify inbound leads, prospect and identify new customers for NavVis, spark curiosity to generate leads, and manage the qualification handover process. This is a critical role within our company as you will often be the first point of contact a potential customer interacts with. You will partner with Sales Executives and Technical Account Managers to help companies understand the value of NavVis products and services. The right candidate understands how to assess a prospect's needs and think outside the box to tailor their outreach accordingly. You will work on:
  • Generate leads in your region of focus via market assessment and identification of the most promising customers and partners
  • Qualify leads for the sales team by following up on inbound Marketing Leads
  • Demonstrate a tenacious and consistent achievement of contact activity quota and qualified meetings goals
  • Prospect and build pipeline (outbound leads) with a consultative approach through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn and other innovative outreach tools
  • Effectively communicate our value propositions through strong customer interaction skills and drive urgency to consider NavVis as a solution
  • Begin the sales cycle through developing a client/partner approach strategy based on the relevant use case, identifying key players, industry, and expected sales cycle in your region
  • Set appointments for qualified leads in your region of focus and manage handover to the sales team
  • Leverage our toolkit and ensure high quality data by maintaining accurate activity and qualification information in our CRM
You have:
  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales, marketing and/or business development with successful experience within a fast paced, goal-oriented company
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic in a fast-paced environment
  • Great ideas - don't hold back brilliant brainstorming on outreach initiatives or creative ways to improve our process - you're not content with status quo
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills 
  • Hunter mentality - ability to proactively engage, prospect, network through a variety of mediums
  • Strong organizational abilities and aptitude to manage numerous requests concurrently while achieving regional goals
  • Experience with CRM applications and strong process management skills
  • Fluent English and German
