Working Student Global Employee Relations (f/m/d)

Join our People Team to support our Global Employee Relations efforts and to get great insights into the whole employee life cycle at NavVis, work in an international & collaborative environment, and learn something new every day!  As a Global "HRBP" colleague, you will work closely with 3 other specialists on L&D, company culture, people operations, and performance management.  Through various projects that you will support or lead, you'll partner with exciting stakeholders and form many professional friendships. You will work on:
  • Learning our technology and solutions to understand our mission and business
  • Supporting other "HRBPs" in the NavVis team to work closely with certain subsets of NavVis functions to collaborate on or lead a variety of projects
  • Consulting with our other NavVis entities in the US & China for employee relations topic alignment to HQ
  • Joining forces with other members of the people team on global recruiting, international mobility, and leadership development topics
  • Getting to know other Munich startups in regular knowledge exchange meetings to build your network & share best practices
  • Getting first insights and on-the-job experience into becoming an HRBP at a German-HQed company
You have:
  • Previous experience (as an intern or working student) in a German-speaking company where you had first insights into employee relations, German labor law, and/or employment contracts
  • In-progress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, HR or a similar field
  • Excellent German language skills and fluency in Business English
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written + strong listening abilities
You are:
  • Ideally available for a minimum of 6 months as a Working Student or Intern
  • Open-minded, creative, and  eager to thrive in a global environment
  • Hands-on
We will be thrilled if you have:
  • Previous experience in a startup
