Working Student - Global Sales and Business Development (f/m/d)

NavVis is actively seeking dynamic and energetic Sales Development Representatives who are keen to help shape the future of pre-sales support.  In this role you will engage and qualify inbound leads, prospect and identify new customers for NavVis, spark curiosity to generate leads, and manage the qualification handover process. You will partner with Sales Executives and Technical Account Managers and learn to help companies understand the value of NavVis products and services. This integral role offers the opportunity for on-going training and development and is the right fit for someone with a strong desire to collaborate and contribute towards driving the overall sales performance.
You will work on:
  • Begin our customer journey through qualifying/following up on inbound Marketing Leads
  • Prospect and build pipeline (outbound leads) with a consultative approach through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn and other innovative outreach tools
  • Learn how to effectively communicate our value propositions and strong customer interaction skills
  • Generate leads in your region of focus via market assessment and identification of the most promising customers and partners and engage prospects to expand awareness, educate, and develop account intelligence
  • Demonstrate a tenacious and consistent achievement of contact activity quota and qualified lead hand-off to contribute to your region’s revenue targets
  • Set appointments for qualified leads in your region of focus and manage handover to the sales team
  • Ensure high quality data by maintaining accurate activity and qualification information in our CRM

You have:
  • In-progress studies in business administration, economics, or innovation management, with a focus on technology, logistics, engineering, or manufacturing management or a related field of study
  • Experience in B2B sales, marketing and/or business development
  • Ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
  • Interest in prospecting, networking, and building a pipeline of contacts
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Fluent German and ideally a good knowledge of English
  • Experience with CRM applications a plus
